A new status of residence “Nursing Care” will be enacted on September 1, 2017.

   Partial amendment to the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act was promulgated on November 28, 2016，so that a status of residence “Nursing Care” was established.

  Since June 1 this year, certificate of eligibility for the status of residence for Nursing Care has been already accepted. And at last, foreigners with the status of residence “Nursing Care” will begin to work after September.

 They are all certified care workers and have the pride of professionals. They might have power to change a nursing-care workplace in Japan.
